1. Preamble

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS) apply to all product sales concluded between:

• NDDI, a self-employed business registered under SIRET number 892 072 398, located at 77 rue d'Artois, 59000 Lille, France.

• The customer (individual or professional).

No VAT is applicable (self-employed business under the VAT exemption scheme, Art. 293 B of the French Tax Code).

2. Orders

Orders are placed directly on the website via Snipcart. A confirmation email is automatically sent after payment. Customers must verify their order details and report any errors within 24 hours.

3. Pricing and Payment

Prices are listed in EUR (VAT not applicable). Secure payment is processed via Stripe. Payment is required in full at the time of order. If payment is declined, the order is automatically canceled.

4. Delivery

• Delivery time: Within 5 business days after payment confirmation.

• Shipping costs: Calculated based on weight.

• Delivery address: As provided by the customer during checkout.

• Risk transfer: Upon receipt of the package by the customer.

5. Right of Withdrawal (Consumers Only)

Customers have 14 days from receipt to return products (Art. L221-18 of the French Consumer Code).

Conditions:

• Product must be unused and in its original packaging.

• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility (unless the product is defective).

Refunds: Processed within 14 days of receiving the return, using the original payment method.

For professionals: No right of withdrawal unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Warranties

• Legal guarantee of conformity: 2 years for consumers (Art. L216-1 of the French Consumer Code).

• Hidden defects warranty: 2 years from discovery of the defect.

Exclusions: Normal wear and tear, misuse, or customized products (non-returnable).

7. Termination

In case of non-payment or fraud, the order will be canceled without notice.

8. Data Protection

Customer data is processed in accordance with GDPR. For more information, please refer to our Privacy Policy (linked above).

9. Disputes

Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Lille Courts.

10. Modification of GTCS

These terms may be updated at any time. The version in effect at the time of the order is the applicable version.
